Chelsea News: Chelsea have decided not to sack their new manager, Graham Potter, even if the Blues don’t finish in the top four.

Previously, the Blues confirmed the departure of their German coach Thomas Tuchel due to many problems.

Chelsea did not have a good start to the season. The Blues lost two of their first six Premier League games. On top of that, they suffered a painful loss in their first game of the Champions League campaign against GNK Dinamo Zagreb.

After this poor result, the German coach had a dispute with the Chelsea board and the players. Therefore, he was relieved of his duty and Graham Potter was hired to replace him.

According to the English outlet The Mirror, current Chelsea manager Graham Potter will not be sacked even if Chelsea fail to qualify for the Champions League.

Known as one of the best English managers of his generation, Graham Potter began his coaching career at Swedish side Ostersund. He spent seven years with the club and led them to the Swedish top division for the first time in the club’s history.

Following his successful spell at Ostersund, Potter managed Swansea City before making his English Premier League debut with Brighton. By joining Brighton, the English gaffer showcased his brilliant managerial ability to work on tight budgets. He took Brighton to new heights each season.

Under Potter, the Seagulls are off to a great start this ongoing season. They accumulated thirteen points with four wins in six games. Brighton is fourth in the table when Potter moved to Chelsea.
