The United States opened the scoring at Al Thumama Stadium in their final group stage clash against Iran.
Chelsea striker Christian Pulisic has scored a crucial goal in the USA’s must-win clash tonight.
The Americans currently sit second in the group and will qualify for the round of 16 as it stands.
They have overseen two draws throughout their campaign; 1-1 against Wales and 0-0 against the Three Lions.
While scoring, the 24-year-old picked up an injury after colliding with Iran’s goalkeeper Alireza Beiranvand. Since then he has returned to the courts.
