Liverpool’s mantra for many years has been to play one game at a time, but Jurgen Klopp took some time to look ahead to Arsenal’s game, following the draw with Brighton at Anfield.
Speaking to the media after the game against Roberto De Zerbi’s team, the 55-year-old said: “I can’t say what everyone wants to hear now, it’s just reality and as I said, that process has already started, interrupted by conferences from press. and interviews, but from tonight we will prepare for Rangers and try to do better.

“I know Arsenal are coming and we saw glimpses of their game against Tottenham, they are outstanding at the moment so it’s obviously not an easy game.
“But we will give him a proper opportunity.”
