Liverpool have taken a first-half lead against Ajax during matchday two of the Champions League on Tuesday night.
The Reds, guided by German boss Jurgen Klopp, are looking to build some momentum after some early ups and downs that have seen them win just two of their first seven games, in all competitions.

Having lost their opening group game 4-1 against Napoli, Liverpool would have known that anything less than a win on Tuesday night would leave their European hopes in shambles.
However, thanks to some excellent link-up play from Diogo Jota and Mo Salah, the Merseyside red half have put themselves in an excellent position to take all three points from their Dutch opponents.
