Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp hope the club’s injured stars can climb back into the top four with the Reds in dire need of a shot of adrenaline on the pitch.
With transfers proving limited in January, it looks as if the Merseysiders will be relying heavily on internal solutions, although it’s not a prospect Danny Murphy will fill with confidence.
The TalkSPORT pundit noted that results didn’t look noticeably better at the start of the season when the likes of Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota and Virgil van Dijk were available.
