Liverpool’s acquisition of former Celtic star Ben Doak looks increasingly prudent as the weeks go by.
The 16-year-old striker was on target again at the weekend, as two goals were enough to defeat Liverpool’s Under-21 side Everton.
The game featured an impressive solo run from the Scottish footballer as he blasted his way into goal from the halfway line before firing a meek effort at the opposition goalkeeper.
