It may be a weekend without Premier League football for the Liverpool team and while many may have been enjoying the break or preparing for upcoming internationals, Trent Alexander-Arnold was spending his time in a different way.
Our number 66 was at the academy to see our Under-18s take on Manchester City and it was certainly a game worth watching, even if we didn’t quite get the desired result.

After falling 1-0, the young Reds took the game back to 3-1 before another comeback ended 4-3 for the Manchester team.
However, it was a great performance from the boys and they would have been heartened by the presence of a graduate in the first team, living the life they are all after.
