There are plenty of flops this year, like Taylor and Cameron’s first fight, Caoimhín Agyarko’s breakthrough against Troy Williamson, and Feargal McCrory’s low-key war in New York with Nikolay Buzolin, but they just miss out.

Sean McComb vs. Kaisee BenjaminA night of demon destruction for The Public Nuisance. Having won the early rounds with his skills, the Belfast light welterweight took heavy fire from Benjamin, but was able to respond and take what some mistakenly saw as an unexpected victory.
James McGivern vs. Josh SandfordThe Belfast stylist had to show his courage and cunning to achieve the number one professional title. Sandford, who arrived overweight, was able to drag McGivern into a war, but ‘The Natural’ did not bow.
Aaron McKenna v Uisma LimaJumping in class against a dangerous puncher, McKenna went toe-to-toe for ten rounds that featured more action than one hundred and ten rounds for most fighters.
Katie Taylor vs. Chantelle Cameron 2Another instant classic. A transformed Taylor outboxed and, when necessary, outboxed Cameron to claim a close but clear revenge victory and send the 3Arena into a frenzy.
Callum Walsh vs. Ismael VillarealA big step forward for Walsh that really tested his mettle. The Cork youngster, who headlines MSG, made Villareal hurt early, but he had to overcome some tough last few wins to seal a very solid victory in just his ninth fight.
