Liverpool are reportedly together with Chelsea in seeking a transfer deal for Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat.
The Morocco international has just had an outstanding World Cup, so it’s no surprise we’re seeing increasing transfer rumors about him and big names in the Premier League.
According to Lions de Atlas, Liverpool would have to pay around €45m to persuade Fiorentina to sell Amrabat, while Chelsea are the latest club to join the transfer race.
Liverpool have had a disappointing season, and it seems that the midfield is a clear area of weakness in Jurgen Klopp’s team, with the likes of Jordan Henderson, Thiago Alcantara and James Milner all aging and slightly below their best.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have N’Golo Kante and Jorginho set to be free agents next summer, so they would do well to bring in a replacement as soon as possible.
If any of these teams could land a quality player like Amrabat for just €45m, it would surely become a big deal.
