Report reveals the date of Juve’s preliminary hearing in Prisma investigation

Despite receiving a 15-point deduction in the capital gains trial, Juventus still face additional punishment. After all, it was the Prisma investigation that prompted the reopening of the Plusvalenza case (where the club had previously been cleared).

This inquiry revolves around the salary maneuvers carried out by the previous management of the club during the Covid-19 pandemic.

On paper, several players agreed to forgo four months of salary (from 2020 and 2021), but prosecutors allegedly found documents suggesting the players only gave away one month of their salaries, while secretly cashing checks for the other three months. . .

Thus, according to Calciomercato via ilBianconero, the preliminary hearing in the Prisma case has been set for March 27.

The investigating judge will make his decision on Juventus and 12 other suspects. He can charge the defendants and send them to trial, or drop the case.

Juve FC says

Unfortunately for Juventus fans, following legal procedures has become a habit, since it has a great impact on a sporting level.

So let’s just hope the dark cloud passes with as little damage as possible so we can put our full attention back on the pitch, although things aren’t exactly pretty either.
