A high-stakes featherweight matchup between top 10 division contenders Bryce Mitchell and Movsar Evloev is scheduled for UFC Vegas 64 on November 5 from the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mitchell, the No. 9 featherweight contender, scored an impressive unanimous decision victory over Brazilian forward Edson Barboza at UFC 272 in March, defeating the Muay Thai practitioner on all three judges’ scorecards.
As for Evloev, the former M-1 Bantamweight World Champion managed to defeat Dan Ige with a unanimous decision win in his last outing at UFC Vegas 56 in June of last year. Fight Bananas reporter David Van Auken was the first to break the news of Mitchell’s return against Evloev.
15-0 as a pro, Mitchell has posted six straight wins during his tenure under the UFC banner, which began in July 2018.

Prior to his judging win against Barboza, the Arkansas native had notable wins against Charles Rosa and Andre Fili.
In addition to earning six wins under the UFC banner, the 16-0 pro Evloev notched wins over the likes of Enrique Barzola, Mike Grundy, Nik Lentz, Hakeem Dawodu and the aforementioned Ige. The dominant fighter has earned seven stoppage victories in his career.
UFC Vegas 64 is scheduled to take place on November 5 from the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, and while the official headliner for the event has yet to be determined, a pivotal clash from Brazil between Marina Rodriguez and Amanda Lemos has noticed.
