Neymar News: The Brazilian superstar has named the toughest opponent he has played against in his career.
Neymar has faced some of the best players in the world throughout his career. The 30-year-old has made more than 650 appearances for clubs and his country.
And when asked by DAZN who is the toughest opponent he has played against in his career, Neymar named England and Man City defender Kyle Walker. Neymar described the Man City right-back as quick, strong and smart.
He also gave his opinion on various players, including Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk, Manchester United defender Raphael Varane and Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger.

The PSG star was full of praise for Van Dijk when asked about the Dutch international. Neymar said that the Liverpool defender knows when to shut down the opponent and when to make a tackle.
“Playing against Van Dijk is difficult because as a centre-back he is very strong and intelligent,” Neymar said. “He knows when it’s the right time to shut you down and when to come in for a tackle. That makes it more difficult.”
Neymar has played against Varane several times, with the Brazilian calling the French defender a ‘top player’. He also said that the Man Utd defender is quick and smart.
“I have played against Varane many times,” Neymar said. “He is a very good centre-back. He is fast and smart. His positioning is very good. He is a top player.
“He is almost never wrong. That is why she has won so much.”
Neymar also spoke about Rudiger, who joined Real Madrid in the summer transfer market. He said that Rudiger strikes fear into the minds of his opponents.
“Antonio is a central defender who scares you. He is very strong and big. Some strikers get a little scared,” Neymar said.
For his part, Neymar has had a great start to the season. The Brazilian international has so far appeared in 9 games for PSG this season and has already scored 10 goals.
He scored eight of them in Ligue 1, where PSG sit top of the points table. He scored the other two in PSG’s 4-0 victory over Nantes in the Trophée des Champions final.
