Known as one of the best English managers of his generation, Graham Potter began his coaching career at Swedish side Ostersund. He spent seven years with the club and led them to the Swedish top division for the first time in the club’s history.
Following his successful spell at Ostersund, Potter managed Swansea City before making his English Premier League debut with Brighton. By joining Brighton, the English gaffer showcased his brilliant managerial ability to work on tight budgets. He took Brighton to new heights each season.

Chelsea News: Chelsea looking for a new Sporting Director continues
Following the appointment of Graham Potter to the vacant managerial role, Chelsea will now be looking for suitable candidates who could be their next Sporting Director.
According to the English media The Mirror, the new boss of Chelsea, Graham Potter, will have a great influence in this matter.
Chelsea reportedly paid £20 million to Brighton as compensation to secure Potter’s services.
Potter then signed a 5-year deal and will receive £20 million in return.
After taking over as Chelsea’s new boss, Potter said: “I am incredibly proud and excited to represent Chelsea FC, this fantastic football club.”
Shortly after Boehly’s arrival, former sporting director Marina Granovskaia left the club. This led to Boehly taking on the role of director of football himself.
Boehly then had a falling out with former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel regarding his transfer policy. Tuchel always wanted players who would fit in his team, but the American was interested in having a star player like Ronaldo or Neymar in his team. Things started to get worse and Tuchel was finally fired.
Now Potter has been hired to replace him and the club wants to include him in every big decision they make.
With Potter’s help, Boehly will now appoint the athletic director as soon as possible. They want the athletic director to give them enough time to prepare for the next window.
