Pogba gets a deadline to prove his fitness for the World CupJuvefc.com

Paul Pogba is racing against the clock to be fit enough to play for France in the World Cup, Qatar 2022.

The midfielder was their key man as they won the competition in 2018 and they are desperate to retain her this year.

France faces an injury crisis among their best players before the competition starts next month and Pogba is one of their key men.

The midfielder has been out injured since joining Juve in the summer and has just returned to light training.

A report from Football Italia reveals that he now has 12 days to prove he can be fit enough for the competition.

This is because France national team boss Didier Deschamps has set a deadline of November 9 as the day he will name his team for the competition.

That means Pogba must be back in action before then, which seems highly unlikely now.

This is because Juve have resisted the urge to rush him back into action and he may have only played a few minutes before Les Bleus name their team for the competition.

Juve FC says

We don’t owe France any favors in their bid to get Pogba back for the competition.

The midfielder has just returned to light training and you have to be patient with him as he is committed to playing again because a hasty return could cause him to suffer the same problem again.
