Pearce spots Klopp giving a rollicking to Liverpool’s Fabinho in first-half

Fabinho’s performances this season have been subject to much scrutiny following a significant drop in form.

James Pearce, on Twitter, saw the Brazilian frustrate his manager, Jurgen Klopp, once again during the club’s Premier League encounter with Leeds United.

The No.3 continues to struggle to find his old commanding level that almost helped guide Liverpool to a historic quadruple of trophies in 2021/22.

We can accept that the demands of the previous campaign have certainly left some of our key stars exhausted, as we’ve seen in the inconsistency of Virgil van Dijk and Jordan Henderson at times.

The latest international break didn’t seem to do much for Fabinho, as the coaching staff hoped, and more playing time with Brazil is unlikely to help in that regard.

The continuation of the former Monaco man’s struggles should, at the very least, mean that his playing time is limited with Tite’s side, which, selfishly for us, can only mean a positive for Klopp’s men.
