Manchester United hosted FC Sheriff in a Europa League group stage match and secured a 3-0 win over the Moldovan side. Diogo Dalot, Marcus Rashford and Cristiano Ronaldo scored the goals for Erik ten Hag’s men and got the three points.

Ten Hag gave Garnacho a start against FC Sheriff, and the young Argentinian was impressive for the Old Trafford side. Although he did not record a goal or assist in the match, he did put in a good performance at Old Trafford.

He was active throughout, and FC Sheriff found it difficult to foil the 18-year-old. He played until ’79, at which point Ten Hag replaced him with Donny van de Beek.
