Patricio Freire vs A.J. McKee

In the fight for the featherweight championship, Patricio Freire meets A.J. McKee in the Grand Prix Final at the Bellator 263 at The Forum in Inglewood, California on Saturday. The card will be televised on Showtime from the preliminary rounds at 7:00 p.m. ET. Below we take a look at the Bellator 263 Freire vs. McKee odds and lines with tips and predictions.

Freire, also known as the “Pitbull”, is looking to win his eighth straight fight since a backhand against Benson Henderson on August 26, 2016, a fight he lost to a TKO from TKO. The last time he guillotined Emmanuel Sanchez at Bellator 255, three of his last four fights have ended with a stoppage.

For McKee, he’s undefeated in Bellator’s 17 fights. “The Mercenary” had only five of its career fights at a distance, with six KO / TKO wins and six submission wins. This includes a crank against Darrion Caldwell on November 19, 2020, at Bellator 253. Each of his last three fights has ended with an interruption.

Bellator 263 Freire vs. McKee: odds, lines, predictions & tips

FREIRE (-105) would like to give McKee his first defeat in this final grand prize, which looks like an all-out war. These featherweights face each other in what is possibly the most anticipated battle in Ascension history. He’s going to play against the UFC and there could be more interest in this card than his MMA competitor.

I am very fond of Pitbull, and I think if you tie Friere, Usman Nurmagomedov (-1400), and Islam Mamedov (-225) in a 3-FIGHTER PARLAY (+200) you can double your initial stake. This is very attractive, especially with Nurmagomedov being a big favorite.
