Pasquale Salvione reveals the fixture that will confirm Juventus return to formJuvefc.com

Journalist Pasquale Salvione admits that Juventus appear to be back on form after their recent back-to-back wins, but insists they will prove it when they take on Inter Milan.

Max Allegri’s men have not had the best season and have looked resurgent in their last two games.

He heads into his must-win Champions League match against Benfica after victories against Torino and Empoli.

They will face Inter Milan on the 6th of next month, days before the players leave for the World Cup.

Salvione believes their performance in that match will determine whether or not they are truly back in form.

He said via Tuttomercatoweb: “It is the first time this season that Juve have found two wins in a row, and this figure can only be seen positively. The Bianconeri may be meeting again and, if so, they can probably repair at least part of the gap with the former. Against Inter, it could be the real turning point, given that the Nerazzurri represent a high-level opponent and then the break comes. I am sure that after the winter the returns of Chiesa and Pogba will return a totally different Juve to the view until now”.

Juve FC says

We need to beat Inter this season to avenge our losses at their hands last season.

However, to do that, we need to be in our best form because they too are making a comeback and will have a point to prove when the two clubs meet.

We should win that game, and the likes of Paul Pogba and Federico Chiesa are likely to return.

The player’s reaction persuaded Joan Laporta to appoint Xavi Hernández over Andrea Pirlo
