The owners of Newcastle United will not be abandoning the Tyneside club to try to buy Manchester United as they see great potential in the Magpies.
News broke last month that Man United fans could be getting their wish as the Glazer family are looking to sell to the Premier League giants and will hand the club over to the best new owner and not necessarily accept the highest price. high on any sale, the Guardian reported.

However, Ben Jacobs reports that the Saudi group will not leave Newcastle and that any interest from Saudi Arabia will come from the private sector.
