BRAVE Combat Federation is ready to return to Kazakhstan, with its 62nd show in Almaty, on September 30, in association with the Octagon League. After announcing the first fights for the event, BRAVE CF officials have confirmed four more fights that will take Central Asia by storm once again.
Leading the charge is double world amateur champion and undefeated fighter Murtaza Talha. The KHK Team Bahrain star drops down to middleweight for good when he takes on promotion newcomer Kirill Kohmitsky. A win could well put Talha near the top of the division, with the BRAVE CF 185-pound world championship currently vacant.
Saudi Arabian superstar Abdullah Al-Qahtani takes on Ilyor Bakhtiyar Uulu at featherweight, and Sanjarbek Erkinov welcomes Anzor Abdulkhozhaev back at featherweight in two big bouts adding to BRAVE’s comeback CF to Kazakhstan.
A lightweight tilt of epic proportions will also take place at BRAVE CF 62, when jiu-jitsu specialist Kamil Magomedov takes on feared contender Akhmed Shervaniev, with the winner placing near the top of the series at 155 pounds.
BRAVE CF 62 will place Kazakhstan on a select list of nations that have hosted three or more BRAVE CF shows, in an exclusive club headed by Bahrain, and also with Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Romania and India.
