Max Allegri could promote another Next Gen talent soon

Max Allegri has changed the narrative around his management style, which is that he doesn’t trust young people enough to give them opportunities.

In the last two campaigns, the Juventus coach has introduced many youngsters from the Juventus Next Gen team to his first team.

Players like Fabio Miretti, Nicolo Fagioli and Samuel Iling-Junior have proven to be the best players after achieving their breakthrough into the first team and that is reason enough to consider Allegri as a manager now trusted by teenagers.

The next player who could move up to the Bianconeri first team is Alessandro Sersanti, as the youngster shines for the Next Gen squad.

Calciomercato reveals that Allegri has been watching the 20-year-old as he is doing well in his B-team midfield and it is only a matter of time before he gets promoted.

Juve FC says

Preparing young players who become world-class talents is a solid reputation and Juve will be proud when we see the result of training these players.

However, only people who are good enough for the next step should be given the opportunity to join the senior team.

This is very important because we don’t want a culture of players who are complacent or think it’s easy to play for the senior team.
