Massimo Moratti makes a stunning revelation about Moggi while at Juventus

Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has delivered a shocking revelation about his time in charge of the Milan team.

Juventus has remained the best club in the Italian top flight. However, over time, they have been challenged on several occasions by the likes of AC Milan and Inter Milan.

However, Max Allegri’s side remain the leaders of Italian football and will remain so for the foreseeable future if their players continue to perform.

Luciano Moggi is one of Juve’s popular ex-managers for his role at Calciopoli, but Moratti revealed he wanted to move to Inter before the scandal.

He said via Football Italia:

“Luciano Moggi wanted to leave Juventus to come to Inter before Calciopoli.”

Juve FC says

Moggi held one of the best jobs in Italian football and it’s hard to believe these claims given Juve’s position in the country’s football.

It is interesting that Moratti is making this disclosure now and did not give any further details to show that he is not lying.

We don’t need to believe him; even if it’s the truth, it’s almost meaningless now.

Our focus is on the current campaign and how we can continue to win games to end it successfully.
