Mark Noble has January plan ready for West Ham transfer window

In January, Mark Noble will take up his new role as Sports Director. He will have a challenging start as the club is under pressure to perform both on and off the pitch.

In the past two seasons, David Moyes has led the Hammers to sixth and seventh-place finishes, earning the team back-to-back trips to the European Championship, but the new season has started slowly and the London club find themselves in a deep chasm to start the season.

The transfer of Aaron Wan-Bissaka appears to be Mark Noble’s first priority and the Hammers could agree a loan-purchase deal in the summer.

Another deal Noble is interested in working on is striker Ben Brereton Diaz, who would love a change of scenery and play in the Premier League.

The prolific striker would cost the club close to £20m.
