Manchester United News: The Red Devils are interested in signing Inter Milan attacker Lautaro MartÃnez.
MartÃnez has established himself among the best attackers in Europe since joining the Milan outfit from Racing Club in 2018. He has made 194 appearances in all competitions for the Nerazzurri so far, registering 78 goals and 26 assists.
The Argentine international has helped the Milan team win a Serie A title, a Supercoppa Italiana and a Coppa Italia. He was nominated for the Ballon d’Or in 2021 and was included in the 2019-20 UEFA Europa League Team of the Season.
The 25-year-old has also established himself among the key members of the Argentine team. He has scored 21 goals in 40 appearances since he made his international debut in 2018.

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport (via Sportskeeda), Manchester United and Real Madrid have asked Inter Milan about the availability of Lautaro MartÃnez.
Erik ten Hag is looking to sign a new attacker to replace Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese international was heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford during the summer window. But his departure did not materialize.
Ronaldo will reportedly redouble his efforts to leave the Manchester team after the FIFA World Cup. They need to sign a replacement for him in the future. Martinez, in that sense, could be an excellent option for the Premier League giants.
However, the Argentine international signed a new contract with Inter last year, which runs until 2026. The Italian club is likely to require a hefty transfer fee to sell him.
As well as Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid have also been linked with Martinez in recent weeks.
