Denmark were beaten 2-1 by Croatia in their UEFA Nations League clash tonight, which saw a shout from Manchester United’s Christian Eriksen.
The match was important in Group A1, as Croatia now overtakes Denmark for first place and is in pole position to qualify for the next round.
The Croats took the lead in the match early in the second half, but the goal of the match was an equalizer for the Danes.
Eriksen, who has been in great form at Man United, collected the ball in a central area before firing a rocket to make it 1-1.
