Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah was left in tears after José Mourinho “ripped him up massively”.
Salah joined Liverpool from Roma after a successful spell in Italy. Before joining Roma, Salah was on the Chelsea books, but he struggled to make much of an impact, an interesting thought considering the player he became.
Salah’s former teammate John Obi Mikel has now revealed how Mourinho ripped Salah apart, bringing the former Chelsea player to tears.

“Believe [Salah] he was having a bad game and then obviously Mourinho came in and tore him up, tore him up massively. No. he was crying, and what happened is [Mourinho] did not let him return to the field of play in the second half. He took it from him,” Mikel said, speaking to Dubai Eye.
