Liverpool could sign £42.3m Sangare to get best out of Arthur

A move for Ibrahim Sangare from Liverpool would be seen as potentially beneficial in terms of getting the best out of Arthur Melo’s loan.

Empire of the Kop understands that PSV would be prepared to accept a £32.3m offer next summer, should the Reds maintain their interest in the midfielder beyond the winter window.

At such a low price next year, we’d be very surprised if no top European team bites into this last figure.

Still, roughly £10m more for the 24-year-old in January should be considered far from prohibitive if we’re seriously interested in bringing the player to Anfield – that is, of course, if one is going to put much into it. the path of actions in the rumor shared by Transfers (a not entirely reliable publication).

It’s something to take with a grain of salt for now until a new update comes along, though it would be foolish not to consider the opportunity if Sangare is still affordable mid-campaign.

Add in the potential benefit of a middle-of-the-park relationship with Arthur, in light of our current struggles in that department, and it would seem like something close to a no-brainer if the former is perceived by the recruiting team to be a superior target.
