Latest Cuadrado injury update is not good news for Juventus

Juan Cuadrado has been sidelined with leg pain, which Juventus thought was a minor issue but now appears to be a major one.

The Colombian has not returned to training ahead of the restart as Juve give him more time to prepare for the next phase of the term.

However, more time does not help and a report on Tuttomercatoweb reveals that the winger has been in pain for 20 consecutive days and has not improved so far.

He continues to fight, which almost certainly guarantees he won’t be back in action for the club soon enough.

Juve FC says

Cuadrado hasn’t had a good season and will be desperate to get back as soon as he can.

He would have hoped he could use the second half of the term to put in better performances for Juve, but now he has been absent from training.

That will certainly affect his playing chances and the club could decide to sign a new right-back to act as his replacement.

If that happens, you’ll be sure your time in Turin is over and you’ll need to find a new club to join at the end of this season when you become a free agent.
