Liverpool are preparing to face Ajax and are happily hosting a number of injured players with Jurgen Klopp hinting at the involvement of two returning stars.
Speaking to the media in Amsterdam, the 55-year-old said: “[Konate] it’s here. Minutes ready to play, I would say. I could play the first few minutes but that wouldn’t make much sense, so minutes yes. That is all. Nothing new yet.

“[Nunez] He trained normally yesterday and today. So yes, right now, he’s available.”
Getting more coverage for Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez will be vital and it looks like Ibou Konate will be brought off the bench to try and help us secure passage to the knockout rounds.
Darwin Nunez’s energy should also be very beneficial, with the rest of his hamstring protecting his fitness in the final matches before the World Cup.
