Darwin Nunez has received his fair share of criticism since moving to Liverpool, but there is no doubt that he has received nothing but love and support from everyone within the club, especially Jurgen Klopp.
After the Uruguayan scored his fourth goal in his last four starts for the Reds, it was clear his manager wanted to show him how much he appreciated his performance in Amsterdam.

After the final whistle and thanks to the cameras used for the club’s ‘Inside’ YouTube series, the couple can be seen sharing a very intense and prolonged hug.
It is clear that they both have a lot of respect for each other and that they were both delighted with the resounding victory at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, which secured our place in the Champions League round of 16.
