One of the most experienced managers in the game, Nevin has previous experience working with Gareth Southgate’s England team.

However, now back and fully focused on guiding the Hammers into the Premier League table, Nevin – who recently spoke to the Evening Standard about his future – hinted that he will move on – but only when the time is right and only when the right club is calling.
“I’m not looking at it right now,” Nevin said.
“I am in a great place with a great club, but I owe it to myself and to the people I have worked with (try management).
“If the right opportunity came at the right time, then I need to try it because maybe with that push in the door, if I’m successful, it can allow me to attract others and give them opportunities…
“As a coach, you always have to be willing to look for opportunities. Sometimes they don’t show up in the perfect place, where your family and network are.”
