Juventus looking to maintain Arek Milik on permanent basisJuvefc.com

Following the club’s embarrassing results, Juve’s management staff, as well as the players, have come under intense scrutiny.

But while many of the new signings struggle to adjust or suffer from physical problems, Arkadiusz Milik has been one of the bright spots of a dismal start to the season.

Despite being a late addition to the squad, the Pole has immediately established himself as a key player on Max Allegri’s court, and is even eclipsing outsider Dusan Vlahovic.

The former Napoli striker has so far scored two goals in Serie A and one in the Champions League. He too should have had a winner against Salernitana to his name by all accounts, but it was denied by a scandalous VAR intervention.

According to Calciomercato, Juventus officials have made a decision and will undoubtedly keep Milik on a permanent basis.

The 28-year-old is currently on loan from Marseille until the end of the season, but the Bianconeri will surely exercise their option to buy his points.

The source explains that the total operation will only cost the club the sum of €10.7m, which is certainly a bargain for a player of his caliber.

The report adds that Milik was also dead set on joining Juventus, turning down all other calls once the Italians approached in late summer.
