Leandro Paredes is arguably Juventus’ biggest flop this season and the Bianconeri would be grateful he is only on loan at the Allianz Stadium.
The World Cup winner was expected to help the club forget about the injured Paul Pogba, but he has failed spectacularly, with the likes of Fabio Miretti and Nicolo Fagioli doing much better.
Juve will now send him back to PSG at the end of the season and Miretti and Fagioli could replace him.
However, a Calciomercato report reveals that the bianconeri will once again add a new midfielder to their squad.
He claims that two men are currently on his radar and could move to Turin at the end of this season.
The first is Atalanta’s Teun Koopmeiners and the second is Lecce’s Morten Hjulmand, both of whom have done well in Serie A this season.
Juve FC says
We need depth in the team as we are chasing several trophies next season, so replacing Paredes makes a lot of sense.
The midfielder has been a failure, but these whites are much younger and have done well in Serie A.
It is not clear which of them we will finally sign, but the club manager knows which one would suit his style much better and we can trust his judgment as always.
