Jurgen Klopp now drops huge statement on FSG’s potential Liverpool sale

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed, once again, his commitment to Liverpool Football Club in the face of a possible total sale by Fenway Sports Group.

The German’s post-match comments were broadcast on Twitter by Kevin Palmer following the Reds’ penalty shootout victory over League One side Derby County.

It’s a grand statement from the German strategist amid ongoing fears that a petrostate with dubious human rights concerns could take over the club, forcing the manager to rethink his future at Anfield.

It remains to be seen whether Klopp’s commitment will remain as strong should a group of Gulf states step in and take the keys to FSG given the potentially seismic clash in politics and morale.

Indeed, there is a very real possibility that the former Mainz boss could end his tenure as Liverpool head coach should such an eventuality occur, which would be completely unthinkable to fans.
