Italian journalist Graziano Campi has thought about possible replacements for Max Allegri and believes that there is no good coach to replace him now.
Juventus are under pressure to sack their boss after a disappointing start to this term and it’s a decision situations could eventually force them to make.
After failing to beat the likes of Sampdoria and Salernitana, if Allegri cannot get a win against Monza tomorrow, he will hardly have an excuse for that.
However, if Juve fire him now, which manager can they bring to the club?
Players like Thomas Tuchel and Zinedine Zidane are still on the loose, but Campi doesn’t think they’ll make it to the club.
He said, as quoted by Tuttojuve:
“Right now I don’t see a replacement for Allegri, perhaps De Zerbi, who, however, probably won’t convince the club. We can talk to Tuchel who, however, still has two years at Chelsea. Mancini and Deschamps
could be released after the World Cup, with them we could have a discussion about young people.
“But it doesn’t seem like the right time now to change the bench.
Conte we forget that he has offers of 15 million per season, they are proposals that, except for new recapitalizations, Juventus cannot match. We continue with Allegri because there is no free coach, if Allegri left I think we would build a new club”.
