Italian journalist Fabrizio Biasin insists that Juventus are not in terrible form and that the Serie A title is still within their grasp despite their poor season.

Max Allegri had asked for experienced signings at the end of last season, and the Bianconeri provided them.
However, his team is in terrible shape and he cannot compete with others above him.
Calls for him to leave intensified ahead of the international break when a below-par Juve lost at Monza, the first win for the newly promoted side.
The Bianconeri are in a position that could make it difficult for them to contend for the title, but Biasin says it is still within reach.

“It is correct to attack Massimiliano Allegri for what Juventus is showing on the pitch, but we should not make a final judgment on his work. To date, despite the bad moment, the ranking tells us that the team is still in the race for everything, so I think the coach should have the opportunity to get the team out of this bad situation. When he returns to the championship he will recover from some injuries and could get back on track, the truth is that an immediate turnaround is necessary, a Juve like the one he saw against Monza is frankly unacceptable”.

It may be too early to fire Allegri now because there are up to 30 more league games to play.
However, his team must start to show signs of progress, otherwise there would be no point in keeping him on the bench.
