Jamie Redknapp has claimed it is “a sham” if Leicester City midfielder James Maddison does not make England’s World Cup squad.
Maddison has had an impressive run for Leicester this season and has often been overlooked for his country.
With only one cap to his name, Maddison will no doubt be looking forward to making Gareth Southgate’s next team.
With Maddison rarely getting a chance for England, Redknapp has been vocal about whether he thinks the Leicester midfielder should be called up for the World Cup.
