Liverpool’s performance at the City Ground left much to be desired with Steve Cooper’s Nottingham Forest side proving more than resilient with the score 1-0 to the hosts (at the time of writing).
It seemed Joe Gomez’s reluctance to be aggressive in a second-half case was not lost on Jurgen Klopp with James Pearce tweeting the manager’s fury at the 25-year-old defender.
Klopp furious at Gomez there for not being more aggressive. He stepped back.

Our England international has been a bit guilty of some strange moments on the pitch since the 1-0 win over Manchester City at Anfield, although it would perhaps be more than unfair to blame him for the goal conceded.
Overall, we’ve been far from palatable to watch, despite racking up a reasonable number of chances against the bottom side of the Premier League.
However, after appearing to turn the corner with successive 1-0 wins, there is no doubt that a loss here at the City Ground would represent a huge step backwards for us domestically.
