“If they’re not careful…” – Pundit makes worrying Jurgen Klopp prediction

Liverpool are not having a good season by their standards.

The Reds have won just two of their first seven Premier League games. Currently sitting seventh in the table, Klopp will be desperate to turn the team’s stuttering form from him.

Keen to make the German’s challenge even tougher, however, the Premier League matchmaking gods haven’t been too kind to the Merseyside giants.

Set to travel to London this weekend to play league leaders and title dark horses Arsenal, Liverpool’s chances won’t be as good as they have been in the past – and if that wasn’t bad enough, their game then it will be against title favorites and arguably the best club in the world, Manchester City.

If he fails to come out of one or both games with a win, Klopp could be criticized, but former Borussia midfielder Stan Collymore believes the former Borussia Dortmund boss is not in any danger.

“You’re not going anywhere until you want to go,” Collymore said in an exclusive interview.

“It would be crazy on a grand scale if FSG looked at Jurgen Klopp as a broken blush.”

However, after admitting that something is up, Collymore suggested that the club’s owners, FSG, should be prepared to financially back their manager or risk him leaving.

“Let’s put it this way, if he left Liverpool today, he could go to Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Juventus, the Milan and Barcelona clubs and be a success,” Collymore added.

“However, what concerns me is his body language. He looks a little deflated, a little disheveled. He must be looking at the current situation and saying ‘I have won everything there is to win and the owners haven’t given me even half of what I need to keep up with Manchester City.’

“So, if the FSG can give Klopp the tools, even if they don’t ask him for anything, so that he remains competitive, let him do it as soon as possible because in a minute, if he’s not careful, it won’t work.” If Liverpool fires Klopp, it’s going to be Klopp firing Liverpool.”
