How did Juventus first day back in training go?

Juventus returned to training yesterday as they bid to continue their hot run in 2023 and perhaps fight for the league title.

The Bianconeri started this season poorly but reached their best form just before the break and are currently riding a six-match winning streak in the league.

It has pushed them to third in the league table and 10 points behind Napoli, who top the table.

Their players have been on a break since the World Cup started and now they are back preparing to continue the season next year.

The bianconeri will face Arsenal in a friendly this month and they intend to be fit and show it in the match.

A club statement through Football Italia reveals what his first day back was like. It reads:

“A long preparation phase begins, which will lead the Bianconeri to restart their season at the beginning of January in Cremonese, with a friendly match on Saturday December 17 in London against Arsenal already confirmed.

“This afternoon on the pitch, the team worked on technical exercises in pairs and ball possession.

“Tomorrow we go again, this time in double sessions, the first of which will be in the morning.”

Juve FC says

It’s only day one and we don’t expect players to do much as they’ve been resting for a while.

However, in the coming days they will undergo more intense exercises to expedite their preparations.
