With the number one recruit in the country, quarterback Arch Manning heading to Texas, his price sits at +2800 along with Notre Dame, which will have Sam Hartman leading the way to start next season. Both teams have a 3.4 percent chance of taking home the biggest trophy in the sport according to BetOnline.
