Former Liverpool man scores wonder volleyed goal from half-way line

It’s always nice to see a former Liverpool player go off and do well in his career and to see flashes of brilliance, like this half-back volley you’re about to see, is always worth a look.

Now playing for Borussia Dortmund, Emre Can was facing Vfl Bochum in the DFB-Pokal Cup competition and was the first to receive a long clearance from the opposing goalkeeper.

With Manuel Riemann running back into his penalty area after the great start, our former midfielder seized the opportunity to strike the ball from near midfield and soon found himself in the back of the net.
