FC Goa is an Indian professional football team based in Goa that has participated in every season of the Indian Super League (ISL) to date. They competed in the 2015 final but lost to Chennaiyin. The team was established on August 26, 2014 and is owned by Goan Football Club Pvt. Ltd.
Sergio Lobera is the manager of the team and he is doing everything in his power to help them win at least one championship. This year, we will monitor the performance of this team.
FC Goa is one of the most competitive teams in the Indian Super League (ISL), even though they have yet to win a championship. His best performance was finishing second in the prestigious 2018 ISL season.
The Gaurs fell to Bengaluru FC 1-0 in the 2018 season ISL championship match. After a dismal season in 2021-2022, they have made several positive adjustments to strengthen their team. They entered at number nine.
Due to their fourth-place performance in Group A, FC Goa failed to advance to the Durand Cup quarterfinals. On October 12, in Kolkata, the Goa team will play their first ISL match against East Bengal FC.
