Arsenal are preparing for another round of contract negotiations with three star players in the coming weeks, according to Fabrizio Romano in his Daily Briefing, exclusively for CaughtOffside.
The Gunners appear to be building a hugely promising young team, with Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and William Saliba among the most exciting prospects in the lot.
After a great start to the season for Mikel Arteta’s team, it would be another great boost if the club could sort out the future of those players.
Romano says that, unsurprisingly, many Arsenal fans have asked him about the latest on Saka, Martinelli and Saliba and their new contracts, but it appears the north London giants are still taking time to finalize these deals.
More talks will take place soon, according to Romano, but until then it looks like fans will have to be patient.

“Arsenal fans keep asking me for updates on the contracts of their star players. I understand that they will discuss again with the Bukayo Saka agents in the coming weeks and months, the same for William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli,” Romano said.
“The plan is clear: they want to extend the contracts, but these things take time.”
