Xherdan Shaqiri put his team in an excellent position to secure their place in the knockout rounds in Qatar and the 31-year-old will be hoping to add to his impressive tally of five goals in 11 games on international football’s biggest stage.

With Jurgen Klopp no doubt keeping an eye on his current generation of players, we’re sure he’ll also have half an eye on those he used to manage at Anfield.
The current Chicago Fire attacker has now featured in six major tournaments for Switzerland and will no doubt have an eye on extending this run two years from now as well.
