Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has expressed his delight at Anthony Martial’s recovery from injury.
Martial started in the Carabao Cup win against Aston Villa and put on an incredible performance that reminded fans of what they have missed in his absence and when Cristiano Ronaldo is on the pitch.
Martial capped off his fine performance on Thursday with a second-half goal after Bruno Fernandes layed the ball to him for an easy touch.
Speaking to the press ahead of tomorrow’s game against Fulham, Ten Hag praised the Frenchman for his contributions to the team.
