Arsenal and Manchester City had massive wins in their previous games. These two clubs now not only have the right to brag about their rivals, but there is already something like a cushion. However, that’s just eight games into the season. There is still much at hand.

That includes games scheduled for this weekend. One of them involves Arsenal taking on a result-hungry Liverpool. The Reds played to a dramatic 3-3 scoreline at home a week ago against Brighton. In fact, the Seagulls are off to a good start this season.

Regardless, the onus remains on Liverpool’s trip to the Emirates. Can Jürgen Klopp and company hand Arsenal a second loss of the season?

Brighton, who converted Leandro Trossard’s hat-trick to equalize at Anfield, face Tottenham, the team Arsenal beat. Antonio Conte’s team is still in third place, but seven points in the team’s last four games is not a solid ratio. This is especially true given Spurs’ ambitions in the league this season.

Lastly, keep an eye on the contest between Everton and Manchester United. Manchester United are looking to pick up the pieces after the demolition at the Etihad. Meanwhile, Everton are seven games unbeaten in all competitions, including consecutive league wins. Many tipped Everton towards relegation, but Frank Lampard put together some great form from the Toffees.

coverage on nbc

The game schedule this weekend is slightly different than normal. There is no early start on Saturday morning. Instead, the first playlist is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday. GOAL RUSH is available for all four games in the 10am window on Saturday. That features all the highlights and notable moments from all over the terrain.

Rebecca Lowe, Robbie Earle and Tim Howard are behind the desk for the weekend’s coverage. Premier League Live and Goal Zone return for buffer coverage around matches. On Monday, Paul Burmeister replaces Lowe and Danny Higginbotham replaces Tim Howard.

There are also Premier League matches in 4K, as usual. This weekend, take note of Brighton-Spurs and Arsenal-Liverpool. Make sure you have what it takes in terms of hardware or subscriptions to watch the Premier League in 4K.
