In the 70th minute, England trailed 2-0 and looked beaten, but the Three Lions somehow turned the game around in the space of 12 minutes.
The first goal came in the 71st minute when Manchester United’s Luke Shaw finished off a play from Reece James’s cross to the left-back’s feet.

The second was arguably the best of the bunch, as Chelsea’s Mason Mount finished off Bukayo Saka’s dribble in style. The midfielder’s goal left Ter Stegen without options and tied things for England.

The third goal came from the penalty spot and who but Harry Kane was going to step up to put England ahead?
