EMC 10 Weigh-In Results: Two title fights official, featherweight belt is vacated

All fighters have been officially weighed in ahead of EMC 10, which will take place tomorrow night (Saturday, September 24) inside Castello Düsseldorf, Germany. The landmark event marks the 10th outing for the fast-growing European organization and is the most stacked card in its history. Three title fights sit on top of the blockbuster show that also features some of the hottest prospects in the territory.

In the main event, one of the country’s most popular fighters, Kerim Engizek (17-4), looks to defend his EMC middleweight title for the first time against Brazilian Wallison Henrique (15-11, 1NC). The inaugural EMC Lightweight Champion will also be crowned when power forward Ahmed Abdulkadirov (8-1) takes on the aggressive Alexandre Ribeiro (19-9-1, 1NC).

Fabiano Silva (32-14-1) was originally scheduled to defend his EMC featherweight title in the co-feature, but the 34-year-old missed the weight by 2lbs. As a result, he has vacated the belt and only his opponent, oncoming wrecking ball Bekhruz Zukhurov (16-5), can claim the gold with a victory on Saturday night.

Elsewhere on the card, Europe’s top fighter Lom-Ali Eskiev (19-5, 1NC) makes his promotional debut in a lightweight bout against Welisson Paiva (7-2-1). Hot prospect Islam Dulatov (7-1) looks to maintain his 100% completion rate when he takes on undefeated Alexander Mikael (9-0) at welterweight and former junior world boxing champion Deniz Ilbay (2 -0), he faced late. -replacement notice, Denis Gondžala (1-0), in a 68.5kg/151lbs catchweight bout.

The full EMC 10 card can be streamed worldwide on EMCTV.de, the organisation’s new streaming platform, from 7pm CEST/6pm BST.
