Dutch report: Juventus starlet Ihattaren arrested in another ugly episode

Sadly, Mohamed Ihattaren’s private life continues to descend into chaos, with reports revealing his arrest on Monday.

Juventus were delighted to sign the Dutchman at the summer 2021 deadline, as the former PSV Eindhoven star was considered one of the Netherlands’ top talents.

However, her career and life have been on a downward spiral ever since. The Bianconeri promptly loaned him to Sampdoria, but he then went AWOL before making his club debut.

The young man then reappeared in his home country, reportedly suffering from depression caused by family problems. He then joined Ajax for a brief period, before returning to Turin.

Ihattaren has apparently been missing again, as he was last seen training at Vinovo on Friday.

According to De Telegraaf via Calciomercato, the 21-year-old has been arrested for violence against his ex-girlfriend.

Worse still, this is the second time the midfielder has been arrested in as few months. The previous occasion occurred last November, when he was handcuffed on suspicion of involvement in a threat.

Juve FC says

In the past, retired footballer Wesley Sneijder tried to help his young compatriot find the right path, but to no avail.

At this point, it’s clear that Ihattaren needs professional help as his life seems to be in shambles, not to mention his playing career.
